Shipping Information

For orders to customers in our area, we will deliver products directly to your door. If you’re outside our delivery area, we can ship your order to you. Please specify at checkout if you’d like your items shipped. There may be order minimums for shipping some items, especially smaller items like gloves or air fresheners.

Local deliveries are usually made within a day or two of your order. Large orders requiring us to get custom or non-warehoused products may take a few days longer. We’re happy to work with you to get you the products you need, when you need them.

If your order is shipped, delivery time depends on a number of factors, such as number of items, packaging used, number of boxes, your location and shipping weight. Shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days.

No, we currently only ship to the contiguos 48 states.

Returns, Refunds & Order Status

Just call or email and we’ll gladly take back any recently ordered, unused, unopened item (excluding expired items). We’ll typically issue an exchange, store credit, or if the return is within 30 days, a refund.

Just call or email and we’ll make things right for you. Please provide your order number and as much detail as you have about the products, pricing and errors.

Look in the bottom right footer of our website and click “track my order” to see order status. You’ll need your order number and email address used for the shipment. Your order number can be found on email notices sent to you, or by clicking “my orders” in the account login drop down in the header area at the top of the website. Once you find the order, look at the top line to see it’s status.

Orders shipped through third-party carriers like USPS or FedEx are contingent on the delivery company’s tracking system so may not always be available.
